Interstate M & E Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1990 and is registered under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965.

With over a decade of experience, the Company is now on the threshold of a new chapter of growth as a leading distributor of high quality mechanical and electrical products to diverse fields such as Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries, and the building/construction sector. In addition, Interstate M & E Sdn. Bhd. is also a systems integrator and has undertaken an EPCC role.

Interstate M & E Sdn. Bhd. distributes Cables, Cable Accessories, Associated Bulk Materials and Telecommunication Systems which are installed in Power Plants, Oil Refineries, Gas Processing Complexes and Industrial installations. The Company also imports foreign products to complement its extensive range and services in Malaysia and abroad.

Another exciting feature of the Company is the export of electrical and mechanical products by the Interstate Group to overseas markets. It is the Company's policy to maintain a comprehensive range of stocks - as part of its commitment to serve the varied clientele efficiently and economically.
